My thoughts: Soap and Glory's Fab Pore range | #BabesOfGlory

Do you remember a few years ago when I used to do a series here on my blog called "My thoughts:"? I just remembered about it as I was titling this blog post, so I thought I'd bring it back for today's write up. Recently, Soap and Glory very kindly sent me some of their Fab Pore range to try out, and without giving too much away already, I loved it, and therefore decided to tell you more.

I have been testing the 3 products out over the past few weeks, and I have to say, I wish they had been in my life, much, much sooner.

Let's start with The Fab Pore Purifying Foam Cleanser. I know people have mixed feelings about foam cleansers, but personally I really like to use them when I am in the shower. They make my skin feel super clean. This one does exactly that, it washes away any impurities and leaves my skin feeling smooth AF. A lil goes a long way, you only need a pump, or 2 if you're double cleansing, and the amount in the bottle hardly seems to be decreasing. This one is currently priced at £6.40 on, which considering how long it seems to be lasting, is great value.

Next up we have The Fab Pore Pore-Refining Mask, which is a single use sheet mask. If you know me, you will know I absolutely adore sheet masks. They are so quick and easy to use, no mess and no need to rinse them off. I love them for when I am both at home and when I am travelling. I always seem to pack one wherever I go. When I used this, my skin felt incredible afterwards, and it looked really good too, if I say so myself. I was on FaceTime to my best friend Andrea when I popped it on, and after I'd taken it off, I couldn't stop exclaiming how good my skin looked/felt. It really seemed to brighten up the dull patches I have, and give me an overall nice glow. These cost £3.20, and considering it is a one time only product, that might seem a little steep. However, compared to some other higher priced alternatives, it isn't too bad, and I certainly noticed a difference which is obviously a huge bonus.

Lastly, we have the Blot Right Now Blotting Sheets. These are £3.20 on Boots too, which is fantastic, seeing as you get 30! I had never used blotting sheets before trying these, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I popped them in my bag at the start of a long day a few weeks ago, and they honestly saved me! I was working all day and then going to a concert after work, and I worried that I was going to look like a shiny mess. I lobbed these in my bag, along with some makeup to top up with, and I am so glad I did! I tried them throughout the day to keep the shininess to a minimum, and they just soaked up any oil they snuck through! I then used them again before I topped up, which allowed makeup to go on my skin so much easier and not just on top of grease, if that makes sense ha-ha.  I would highly recommend these if you are prone to getting a bit "glowy" throughout the day. They worked a treat.

I hope you enjoyed this post, I love reviewing beauty products and doing this post just reminded me of that! Let me know what you thought.

Bye for now,
Tamzin xxx
