Spring Things

I It is finally spring, and I thought the best way to celebrate would be to show you some Spring Things I have captured over the past couple of weeks or so. Let's begin! Saying goodbye to baths and hello to... Gorgeous flowers! Wild ones and this gorgeous bunch spotted in a friend's house. And wearing some beautiful faux ones in my hair! My bunny Stuart enjoying the rare Spring sunshine. Enjoying brisk walks in the average weather! Having wavy hair! I think it is so Spring appropriate. I mean, you can have wavy hair at any time of the year but I especially think it sings Spring! Blossom appearing everywhere. Enjoying wearing my Spring makeup: Glowy skin, bushy brows, simple eyes and a pink lip! And finally celebrating Easter day with lots of yummy goodies, including my creme egg rocky road. I hope you enjoyed this blog post. I have been so excited for Spring, it is my birthday season. I am 16 at the end of A

Drugstore makeup haul

I did a little bit of Drugstore makeup shopping yesterday and I thought that I would show you what I got! I went into Superdrug armed with a list of the items I wanted to pick up, and I came out with only a few of them as my Superdrug as running very low on stock. Anyhow, I hope you like seeing what I have bought, all items will be linked so you can easily find them. The first thing I picked up was the Collection primed & ready primer. It claims to be illuminating and reviving, which called out to me as my dry skin can often leave me looking a little dull and flat. I got mine in the shade Warm apricot. They also have a Cool rose shade, which I thought was really good for an affordable primer as this way it is more suitable for a variety of skin tones. It cost £4.99 and you can get it here . The second things I bought were 3 items from Bourjois as they had the 3 for 2 offer on. I got the healthy mix foundation in the shade 52. I originally wanted to get the serum version but

My Mac Palette

Today's post is quite a highly anticipated one. As some of you may know, I got a full 15 pan custom Mac eye-shadow palette for Christmas after months of planning out my dream selection. I have teased the idea of doing this post since I got it, but I have never known how to go about it and what to include. I am not going to include swatches in today's post, but if you would like to seem some, be sure to comment and I will do just that when I get my new camera, as I think they will be easier to shoot when I have it. Onto the shadows! Top row: Sable, Nylon, Antiqued, Omega, Cranberry Middle row: Quarry, Naked Lunch, Patina, Sketch, Amber Lights Bottom row: Club, Sumptuous Olive, Satin Taupe, Espresso, Trax Asking me to pick a favourite is like asking a mother to pick their favourite child, however, my favourite is probably Sable. I love them all so much, yet this one stands out as it is the perfect bronze that leans more on the rosier side, which is not too dar

On Saturday, my blog reached 5000 views. As you can see, I am crap at drawing. As I am writing this on Wednesday night, I now have over 5100 views on my blog. Bearing in mind I hit 5000 on Saturday and haven't posted a new blog post since, is pretty crazy. People are beginning to view my blog when I am not even posting, which to me is so surreal. I remember when I first started blogging, and I would only get a few views per post and no body was that interested. People now could still not care about it, but from the numbers, it looks like things could be going quite well. However, it has never been about the numbers for me. You can see me explain that in my " 1000 " blog post, which seems so long ago now. Yet, I only hit that at the end of October, so, in 4 months I have times by viewership by 5 and I am pretty damn pleased. Like I said, it's not really about the number. It is what that number represents. It represents my growth. Not just as a blogger, but as a
